Trip Fabric Technologies Limited, Ireland, is responsible for the personal data processed when you visit this site or email us; you can reach us at support@tripfabric.eu.

When you visit, our hosting, logging, error-monitoring and rate-limiting providers process technical data for us: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request and, if something fails or for a sample of visits, an error or performance report with your browser and the page address. We use this data to run this site, keep it secure and working, and protect it from automated abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working, secure site. You are not legally or contractually required to provide this data; without essential technical data, the site or its forms may not work. If you choose a language or colour scheme, your browser remembers that choice.

If you email us, we use your message to reply, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you or, for a data protection request, our legal obligation; our email provider processes it for us.

Vercel, our hosting provider, and Cloudflare, which checks our forms for automated abuse, also use some usage and technical data as separate controllers for their own purposes, such as security, abuse prevention and improving their services. Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions where they apply, including the one for US recipients certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; other transfers use the Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

We keep request logs for 30 days and error and performance reports for up to 90 days; rate-limit counters expire within hours. We keep emails as long as needed to handle them and any related claim.

You can ask us for access to your data or to correct, delete or restrict it, and you can complain to a data protection authority. If you send us the shortlist form, the notice under the form also applies.

You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to our use of your data based on our legitimate interests.
